At last an Index.

So I have finally got round to compiling a basic index of the various locations and the principal people mentioned in the text. Hopefully this may be useful for finding a specific place. There are links to the index on all of the category entry pages and in the footer of every page. As time permits I will try to extend this and make it as comprehensive as possible.

I guess the next task is to try to make the Master-Menu a bit more user friendly, watch this space.
